Cooling tower, boiler and condensate models (WCTW, WBLW):

Model codes
The W100W platform is ordered as MODEL + RELAYS/WIRING + ANALOG OUTPUT + - + SENSORS. Seven controller model codes are published: WCTW (cooling tower), WBLW (boiler), WCNW (contacting or electrodeless conductivity sensors), WPHPW (amplified pH/ORP/ISE electrodes), WPHBW (non-amplified pH/ORP/ISE electrodes with BNC), WPHNW (non-amplified pH/ORP/ISE electrodes with bare wires) and WDSW (disinfection sensors).

The 120x (2 pulse, 1 dry relay) codes are published only on the conductivity, pH/ORP and disinfection ordering page; the cooling tower/boiler ordering page lists 100x and 110x only.

Shipping carton
The carton should contain a W100 series controller and an instruction manual. Any options or accessories will be incorporated as ordered. Inspect the contents of the carton; notify the carrier immediately if there are any signs of damage, and contact your distributor if any parts are missing.
Warranty and service
Walchem controllers have a 2-year warranty on electronic components and a 1-year warranty on mechanical parts and electrodes. Electrodes, sensors and fuses are expendable items and are not covered by any warranty. Out-of-warranty repairs are charged on a time and material basis.

Relay boards and control boards are ordered by model code: 191660 W100 / 191661 W110 / 191662 W120 power relay board for most models, and 191663 W100 / 191664 W110 / 191665 W120 for WPHBW and WPHNW. Control boards are 191656 (no analog output) and 191657 (with analog output) for WCTW, WBLW and WCNW, and 191658 / 191659 for all other model codes.
