Features & benefits
- Sealless design. No mechanical seal to leak or replace on thecentrifugal tubes; the liquid never reaches a dynamic seal.
- Five wetted materials. Polypropylene for light to aggressive chemicals, CPVC for watertreatment chemicals, PVDF (Kynar) for concentrated and aggressive acids, aluminum for oilsand hydraulic fluid, and SS316L for flammables and light oils.
- Two duties on the plastic and stainless tubes. The standard impeller moves more volume;the HH high-head impeller lifts further and pushes through a longer hose run.
- Six immersion lengths. 27 in (700 mm) and 39 in (1000 mm) for drums, 47 in (1200 mm) and50 in (1270 mm) for totes, 60 in (1500 mm) and 72 in (1800 mm) for deep tanks. Additionallengths are available on request.
- Sold without a motor. The same tube runs on the 110V and 220V electric motors and on theair motors, so a plant can standardize one drive across several chemistries.
Additional notes
The polypropylene, CPVC, and PVDF tubes must not be used to pump flammables.For hazardous duty the tube must be paired with an explosion proof electric motor or an airmotor. The aluminum and SS316L tubes are the flammables range, and the maker publishes thestatic-discharge bonding and grounding procedure with them; read it before transferring anyflammable or combustible liquid.
