Meunier Technologies' DICE™ dosing modules put the discharge side of a chemical feed line into one machined block. Each module integrates an adjustable back pressure valve, an adjustable pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge with isolator, and a bleed valve; the DICE DS and DM add ball valves for the outlet, the calibration column, and the drain. There are three lines: DICE ES (1/4 in, compact, PVC or PVDF), DICE DS (1/2 in, for suction lift installations), and DICE DM (1/2 in or 1 in, for suction lift and flooded suction installations). A DICE module works with a dosing pump; it is not a pump. Every module is hydrostatically tested.

- Complete assembled systems are the DICE Dosing Systems family (MTC-DICE); panels, brackets, rack, and skid are mounts (MTC-MOUNT); spare parts and kits are MTC-PK. Link these as relationships, not prose.
Installation and operation notes (Meunier IOM)
- Mount on a flat surface through the three mounting holes, injection port facing up, module level. Put the three supplied washers between the module and the surface; the holes take M6 or 1/4 in socket head screws, torqued to 35 in-lb.
- Every connection (NPT, socket, hose) seats on the block with a hand-tightened mushroom nut, so connectors come off without cutting pipe.
- An accessory on an auxiliary port (for example a pulsation dampener) needs its own support.
- Set the back pressure valve about 20 psi over the process pressure. In normal operation the gauge reads the back pressure set point.
- The back pressure and pressure relief valves can be factory preset on request; factory-set valves are labelled.
- The ball valves are for on-off service only; do not leave them partly open.
- Inspect for leaks and check operating pressure at least weekly; operate the ball valves about every 3 months; inspect the relief and back pressure diaphragms at least every 3 years. The gauge and isolator are returned to the supplier for service, not opened on site.
- Model number and serial number are engraved on the module.
Selection responsibility and standards
- The buyer confirms the chemical compatibility of the wetted materials and that the module suits the application's flow and pressure. Meunier's shop points buyers to the Cole-Parmer and LMI compatibility charts.
- DICE products are not designed to a specific standard (such as API, ISO, ASME, or SAE); Meunier states they are manufactured, assembled, inspected, and tested to industry quality standards.
- Non-PVC and other materials can be supplied on request.
Claims held back
- Meunier's lead-time lines (ES shipped within 1 week; 3-4 weeks standard) and "spare parts in stock" are Meunier marketing statements, not Supplyline lead-time or stock facts.
