LMILMI's KBL Series Peristaltic Metering Pumps provides chemical feed flow rates to 160 GPH or pressures up to 110 psi (at lower flows). The pump drive and tubing can be configured for optimal performance based on application flow, pressure, and chemical.
All three (3) drive options KBL2, KBL3, and KBL4 use an internal brushless DC motor and can be configured with SCADA or Modbus control for remote communication and multiple I/O options.
Three (3) tube materials are coded (A) Extended Life (XL) which is resistant to most acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents (B) Chemical Resistant (CR) which is resistant to strong acids, bases, commercial sanitizers & cleaners , and (C) Petro-Tough (PT) which is ideal for fats and oils, lubricants, and some solvents
