- Pressures up to 65 PSI (4.4 bar); each pump tube has its own pressure rating
- 2,500:1 turndown ratio (0.04% to 100% motor speed)
- Brushless DC motor, .6 hp, 75 RPM maximum
- 30 ft. water suction lift; viscosities up to 12,000 centipoise
- Dual tube assemblies in every size: NHHL, NLL, and NPP (Flex-A-Prene) and GKK (Flex-A-Thane)
Safety & Protection
- Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD)
- Stops the pump and provides an alarm output if a tube ruptures and chemical enters the pump head
- Detects a large number of chemicals, including sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric (muriatic) acid, and sodium hydroxide
- Not triggered by water or silicone oil
- Adjustable TFD sensitivity
- Predictive TFD warns when a tube approaches its previous failure point
- Flow Verification System (FVS) input stops the pump and alarms if no fluid is dispensed (sensor sold separately)

Tube replacement kits include 2 assembled tubes with clamps and barbs, O-rings, and screws. A complete tube assembly (tubes, adapter body, and fittings) follows the format A5-M NPP-T V, for example A5-MNPP-TV. Pump head: contact factory.
Tube Care
- Use Blue-White tube assemblies only; tubing not made by Blue-White affects performance and voids the warranty
- Shelf life: Flex-A-Prene tube assemblies 3 years; Flex-A-Thane tube assemblies 1 year
- Replace tube assemblies at least once a year; keep spares on site in original packaging
